looking for a camera plate system

Hey, I am looking to upgrade the camera plate system for my gimbal. I need something that has easier lock and release options. At the moment the one I am using has four individual screws that need to be loosened and tightened. I was wondering is there was one that functioned like the ones on the movi and ronin system.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it

But as I generally leave the same camera and lens I find I rarely have to adjust it, but it's useful whilst balancing. -

Sure, there is plenty of options for camera plates. Arca-Swiss is one that is typically used.
I do not understant though how your gimbal is constructed "My gimbal has two small bars that run across, not one big one tho." If you need a gimbal specific solution a picture would be good. -
It is set up like the Movi, with two bars that run across the bottom
