No COM Port Available in GUI

    Hey Everybody,

    I've installed CO210X_VCP drivers and BGC_GUI_2_2b2 for my HMBGC V2 board. When I'm in the GUI and the board is plugged into the usb on the PC there is no COM port available to select. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and GUI to no avail. I've had a HMBGC V1.01 before this one and it worked perfectly. When the board is plugged in via USB the red LED is solid and the green LED is rapidly blinking - I must be missing something.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I am having the same issue and was hoping to find answers here. Perhaps someone knows the solution to this situation.

    Seems to be a hardware failure. Firstly, try another USB cable or use another PC to be sure that onboard converter is alive.
    Also, you may use external FTDI converter to connect with controller via UART.
    If nothing helps - contact to your seller.
