Last year I purchased gimbal here http://www.hobby-wing.com/arris-zhao-yun-2-axis-gimbal--360.html
It has the same type as in reference.
I connected gimbal to Lipo battery 3S 11V. Battery is charged fully to 12,6V.
Two diodes on gymbal are lighting green and red. Camera was centered as it possible.
I connected gimbal through USB cable to computer. There is no connection to computer as through new soft ware version and old which shipped with gimbal.
There is only one port to connection COM1. After choosing - information "connection" for all time.
Kindly ask you help to connect correctly and adjust the gimbal.
If the problem in electronic board - how expensive new board?
I already send mail to company which produced electronics (http://www.basecamelectronics.com/) but they did non answered.

Which contacts I need to close (Flash contacts) in order to update firmware? What type of connector I need? I have two boards controller.

What board do you have? does not sound right. The BaseCam latest FW is 2.44b3 (beta)

Where I can see type of board? Or number for example? On the one square board soldered smoler board. That is what I can see right now. Probably it is L6234 version kit.

You should verify from where you bought it. Basically you need to know only
1. is it original BaseCam board, if not it is not supported.
2. is it 8 or 32 bit board. Download SW accordingly from here http://www.basecamelectronics.com/downloads/

I already downloaded SW. But I need to now how close Flash jumper. I can make foto but were I can send it?

Normally you do not need to close the jumper.
normally it should be well marked on the board.
it is all well explained in the users manual.
