2.40b8 to 2.41b4 firmware upgrade

I have SBGCv3.01 board with 2.40b8 firmware.
Where I can download a 2.41b4 hex file to update my board???
2.40b8 GUI don't have a automatic update, like in 2.41b4.
But when I try to update from 2.41b4 GUI, I have error "Fail to connect".
How I can upgrade firmware from 2.40b8 to 2.41b4?

I got the same problem of firmware update. GUI says "fail to connect". It shows valid serial number and my board is genuine Basecam one. How can I?

Yes, I have PC. Are you sure that I should update 2.40b8 board from 2.41b4 GUI???

If you ask me... don't do it! I had trubbel for one day and after that I downgraded again 240b8 without trouble!

I have just updated my controller.
I downloaded GUI 2.41b4, connected the board, opened tab "Upgrade" - further look at picture: http://ybex.com/d/xab751ursk42g8y7mgeiy07juxxuxkc2hayx5f73.html

Everything went ok.

Ok, try to upload recovery firmware in manual mode - http://www.basecamelectronics.com/files/v3/Simplebgc_32bit_recovery.hex

Details you can find in manual.

I upload this recovery firmware. Board is alive. But GUI still not connecting.
In manual I should download normal firmware and update in manual way. But where I can download normal firmware?

I dont understand why alexmos cannot give us opportunity to download latest firmware hex file.
I recovery firmware that you give me andnow my board have 0.00 b0 firmware. I can flash it in manual mode in latest GUI but I dont have a hex file.

I'm using windows and the .exe file. Althought through vmware fusion on a mac... Everything else works perfect, except connecting to basecamelectronics.... Anyone else?

Test using a PC. It could be the mac is 'emulating' the serial control and causing problems.

I'll run over to a friend's tomorrow. Although the error is a java error. Cannot find host 'basecamelectronics.com'... Don't think it has anything to do with the serial protocol. My 8 bit boards work fine on the same system... Thanks,
