Sensor not connected but it is

Double check the connection and polarity of your wires.

I had this with my 32-bit board, and found that the little (mini-molex?) connector got partially disconnected from the main board. The sensor still had the red light, but the software said "no sensor". After resoldering the connector to the main board, the problem was solved.

so had new sensor sent and still same thing.. even on windows machine i could not flash the hardware to do firmware.. I still get the red light with rapid flashing green light.. Stupid thing is it did work but now it doesn't and the CAme tv people just keep sending me install screen shots and don't seem to understand english ..
this is 5 jobs now i have not been able to use it on.. anyone have suggestions or know where to buy another board in australia?
