JR Receiver Connections? and broken board

    Hi! I've been trying to connect my JR tx to my alexmos gimbal. I've connected the roll pitch and yaw into the board but when i plugged in the battery i heard a pop and the board just died.

    What wires are needed for the receiver to the gimbal board? do we connect all three ( red, black, white ) per channel?
    also is there a fuse on the board ?

    Hello sounds like you shorted out your board you only need to connect 1 wire signal wire to the Rx to the controller RC singnal pin

    Just to confirm ..
    it means that i'll need to connect 1 servo cable with a white,red and black wire ? and the rest just wired for 2 pins without red?

    no only the white signal wire should be connected ! do not connect the positive and negative

    thanks! sorry for all the questions. just want to make sure i don't burn this other board.

    will the receiver be powered by the alexmos board and batt? or should i wire a separate battery for the receiver?

    you can go either way just make sure you only use one positive and one negative wire not all !
