High PWM (Low Noise) does not work

Hi I have a TBS Discovery Pro quadcopter with your included gimbal and software.
The TBS has a current sensor that is used to control the CMD input so that we can switch profile when current is above 3 amp. This is so that we dont have to hear the Low PWM noise when not airborn. The system is working fine with old version of the software (2.1) but when I try to upgrade to 2.3 or 2.4 I can not in any way set PWM to silent mode. I have tried everything in the GUI.
When PWM set to silent, it works for about a second then the nose came back. I have read different forums and there are people that dont upgrade because of this.

Any ideas?
