Help with flashing Firmware

Hi my gimbal controller was working with 2.2b firmware i tried to load newer version of firmware but now all I get on controller is a red power light and nothing works I tried to reload 2.2b firmware again but this is all I get when i try flashing it

I have tried Xloader to upload firmware but this don't work either,
Can anyone help Please I have been trying for 2 days the reason I tried to update firmware was the gimbal motors were jittering and I thought new firmware might help.

I have a similar issue as well hope someone can shed light on if this is a solution to get the gimbal back to normal as well as being updated to current firmware release.
