Controlling roll from RC channel
  • Hi!

    I have a 2-axis gimbal working fine in all aspects except for the ability to control roll axis from the RC_ROLL input on my ArmBGC v3.0 board. It is set to PWM mode for both roll and tilt and tilt is working just fine. If I activate the swap of roll and tilt I can control the roll. It seems to be some problem with the RC_ROLL input. I have of course tested the connected channel with a servo. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Is there anyone successfully controlling both roll and tilt with a ArmBGC v3.0 board?

  • What does the Realtime Data show for RC_ROLL when you use it?

    If you map (RC Input Mapping) your current and working tilt channel to Roll, is it then controlling Roll?

    The real time data shows nothing for my roll channel RC input changes. Absolutely dead.

    If I map my tilt channel to the roll I can adjust the roll.
  • Then I think your RC_ROLL input must be dead.
