No LED blinking on board and gimball going "crazy"
  • Hi,
i'm writing here because I have a very huge problem with my ARRIS CM2000.
    Everything works fine until yesterday.

Now every time i start my Phantom the gimball starts oscillating without any control, and now is unusable.

I try to connect it to Simple BGC with a mini USB cable, but the software says that the GUI doesn't match the board. What can I do now to repair this problem?
I also noticed that no LED is blinking on the board.

I took a video of the problem:

Thanks in advance for helping me...

P.S. Sorry for my bad english...i'm from Croatia!

    Have a nice day
  • 1st of all try to update the firmware with one of the two options of software from the downloads tab (http://www.basecamelectronics.com/downloads/).

After you are done with the firmware update the GUI will recognize the board and you are ready to set it up.
  • Does it say the firmware is version 0.53b?
  • I have the same problem, but when I try to update I got a fail. Out of sync.
When I turn it on, after few seconds the gimbal shake and turn all directions and motor make a thin noise like a tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii..
    I try update using everthing.
