I'm a newbie a this and a Mac user so this may all be my error but...
The gimbal goes all twitchy and crazy when connected to power which I'm assuming means that the motor gain needs to be adjusted.
I'm running GUI on a windows 7 PC. I upgraded to the newest JAVA, installed the driver. The board flashes green and then goes solid green when connected via USB. I have tried several port selections.
AVRDude hangs while installing the hex firmware upgrade. Xloader doesn't work either. GUI says it's connecting to the board and then does nothing. It seems like a port issue of some sort.
Any help would be much appreciated.
