No motor output?

So i flashed the board with 2.0b3 and connected in 2.0b3 GUI, connected and confirmed i have 2.0b3 FW loaded. I can see all live data and everything appears to be working as it should. I just have NO motor stabilization whatsoever. Im using 2x iflightrc 4008GB brushless gimbal motors.
Any help much appreciated! -
UPDATE: now have motor power, but the motors are just twitching uncontrolably and not really stabilizing at all

Nope. I have PIDs set P.10 I.0.5 and D.5. There appears to be no drive to the motors whatsoever. Also i am getting a high pitched squeal comming from the motors. At the moment i have no stabilization at all.
