Sensor Not Connected Issue

I just bought one of the Basecam SimpleBGC 32 units and am getting an error message that the sensor is not connected. I've opened a ticket with Basecam support and will post the response I get from them. It appears nobody else has and this seems to be a re-occurring problem.

It sounds like it might be an issue with the I2C driver. Normally, if you don't have any sensors connected when you startup, the board defaults to the on-board IMU. I once wired up the I2C bus incorrectly on one of my boards and it screwed something up. I started getting the same message and couldn't get it to recover. Hopefully support has better news though... Let us know either way
