Can't do bode analysis

Whenever I try to run a test from the Analysis tab, I get the error: No response on the CMD_BODE_TEST_START_STOP command. Then the gimbal seems to do a low amplitude sine sweep, but I can't get the results.
Details: 2 axis gimbal, v2.68 b6 with PWM Encoders. -
More info. This problem happens with a SimpleBGC32 with firmware 2.68b w/ Encoders. I´ve just purchased a SimpleBGC32 Tiny and it has the same problem with 2.68b.
How can I troubleshoot this?
