Power is not set: Driver Fault (under-voltage, over-current, short circuit)

I'm getting this message as soon as I connect the GUI.
Using a BaseCam SimpleBGC 32-bit Extended board 3.6 .
The Firmware is 2.63 b0
The voltage shows 16.5 for a 4S battery and the motors have power.
Any help clearing this message would be appreciated!

Power parameter should be above zero. -

Thanks, I had the power set > 0 however I loaded an old profile profile from another board and the problem went away but couldn't identify what setting was the problem. All is well .
