Can't even get the software to run on my computer(s).

Hello!

I have installed Java and downloaded Basecam. When trying to start SimpleBGC_GUI.exe it shows a startscreen for a couple of seconds and nothing more. One computer on Windows 7 and two others on Windows 10. Am I missing something?
