high frequence jerkiness on YAW (and pitch)

Have Beholder EC1 and DS2-A.
Perfectly tuned it (PID+filters+magnetic link.) but still have some kind of jerkiness of motors, most visible with long zooms...

Here is 800mm, shot handheld and you can see some low freq shake (hands) with high freq motors shake - that looks like rapid left-right pan in a fraction of time.
How to avoid that jerkiness?
