SimpleBGC 32 bit - all motors jerking uncontrollably
  • Hello,
    over the last couple weeks I have 3D printed and started building my gimbal, however I am pretty stuck at the electronics/software part.
    I have gone trough the manual on how to set up the software but my gimbal is only jerking in all directions.

    Steps I have already tried:
    -Calibrated both IMUs
    -Calibrated gyro
    -Adjusted NR of poles
    -Auto PID tune and Manual PID tune
    -Firmware upgrade/downgrade

    All didn't help

    Current Firmware: 2.63b0
    Motors: BGM4108 130T 22P

  • Is that thing balanced at all?

    You need to make sure the basic setup is performed excatly as per the instructions.

    ANd make the tuning holding it in hands like you would be using it.
