gimbal vibration problem

I have a gimbal vibration problem on my drone. I am not sure whether my motor is suitable for the gimbal. I have uav vision like gimbal(camera is in the gimbal) weighting around 600gr and camera with 400. I read my motor specs(GBM4008H-150T) which is appropriate for 400-600 gr camera. Can this motor be the source of vibration? Should I add gimbal weight to camera and then search for bigger motor? Any idea?

Too small motor it self will not cause vibrations. On a drone the vibrations come typically from the drone. good vibration dampening is required. If it is also vibrating on ground, the problem is gimbal construction or tuning.
