Dead When Power Applied Alone - Lights Up When USB also Plugged In

    Basecam 32 Bit Extended with encoders.

    Worked fine until now. When power (6S) applied - nothing - no lights - dead like fuse is blown.
    Then USB is plugged in with power applied and it comes to life.
    I'm thinking maybe just wipe the board and start over.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Sounds like issues with voltage regulator...
