How do you control the settings of your DSLR on a gimbal?

    Hi guys,

    im analyzing the option to build my own gimbal. The point im not sure about is how to control camera settings while having my DSLR on a gimbal.

    How do you guys do that? Do you have an external monitor or tablet connected to your DSLR via USB port? Do you have any other devices which allow you to control camera settings such as aperture, shutter speed and so on.
