Where are the PWM outputs if I use SPI encoders?

Hello,
Does anyone know if when using SPI encoders that use the FC_Roll, FC_Pitch, RC_Pitch and AUX1 ports (described in the manual as the PWM OUT ports) the outputs are available anywhere else?
