RC & FC inputs on new 32bit board

Hi everybody!
I'm switch from 8 bit to 32 bit on my aerial gimbal and the board I have has a 7 pin Mini JST connector for RC pitch, roll & FC inputs. It has all of them but only 1 5v and 1 ground connection, can anyone tell me how I hook these up to have gimbal operator control and input from the FC please? I'm rather confused... -

I would like to use the +5V/GND to power an external device but it seems to be OFF and no voltage is misured on this pins.
Is there any activation to do? The other pins are disconnected.
