PWM output problem
  • Hi people

i'm trying to use the PWM output in the GUI to remote iris and focus on a BMPCC camera using LANC port

i have a tinyPRO board with sbus futaba receiver

i followed the manual from Basecam as it follows:

PWM Output – a mapping that allows you to pass any virtual channel, decoded from serial input
signal, to special pins that can output PWM signal. This signal can be used to drive a hobby servo
or IR remote camera trigger, for example. On the SimpleBGC 3.0 boards, these pins share PWM
    output function with other functions:
    Servo1 – FC_ROLL
    Servo2 – FC_PITCH
    Servo3 – RC_PITCH
    Servo4 – AUX1
To enable servo output on any of these pins, make sure that its not specified as RC input in the GUI.
This feature may be useful if you connect RC receiver by single wire and want to decode signal to
the separate PWM channels to connect other RC-controlled devices.

but it looks like that there is no signal in the ports coimng out from the board
and in general it's not working

does anybody know how to make this work?

    thanks in advance

    Augusto
  • I was about to give up on this
and then I saw aux 1 is output 4
I think the others dont work

aux1 one on the aerialpixel website...I think this is actually aux3 on mine...since aux1 is on aux 3 when I use sbus with encoders version

    what a mess !
  • at the end i moved on SBus and used virtual_channels from 7 on
