i pressed on use defults by mistake and the nebula stopped working

It is always good idea to save profile and eeprom when gimbal is working, that way you can always go back.
The defaults are not for nebula, but for the board.
Hope you can get profile from that gimbal from manufacturer etc. if not you need to perform the complete setup. see the users manual.
