Not able to connect gimbal after firmware upgrade.

    Greetings,

    I am having trouble flashing my Arris gimbal. When I did a firmware upgrade, the SW no longer allowed my gimbal to connect. It will read that its connected in the port, however, when i click connect, it times out overtime.

    Also, is there a HEX file so that i can flash it to an earlier firmware. Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    See the emergency flash on users manual. other than that you should not use any hex file, but the auto update on GUI.
