32bit 3 axis now spastic after upgrading to version 2.50 b3

Worked well on all 3 axes with firmware 2.43 b6 and all previous parameters show the same now in fw 2.50 b3.
But the camera is not out of control on all three axes....... Is my controller using the correct parameters or do I need to start from scratch?
