changed port speed now cannot connect. to GUI

    I am using a SimpleBGC32bit I connected with SIMBPLEBGC GUI v2.43 b9 and changed the advanced/serial port speed to 9600 ( I am testing compatibility with api of another device)

    after doing so, the SinpleBGC GUI cannot connect to it to read parameters.

    when I press the connect button (windows gui) there is a progress bar that moves slowly to 100%
    when it completes I get an error message box stating:

    Something goes wrong when reading parameters:
    -Error reading params for profile 0
    -Error reading params for profile 0
    -Error reading params for profile 1
    -Error reading params for profile 1
    -Error reading params for profile 2
    -Error reading params for profile 2
    -Error reading params for profile 3
    -Error reading params for profile 3
    -Error reading params for profile 4
    -Error reading params for profile 4
    -Error reading adj. variables
    [OK]

    any ideas?

    is there anyway to reset the board?

    I am also unable to perform a manual flash following the directions in the user manual.
    I receive an error when flashing:
    Failed to upload: Error writing firmware: Flash tool execution failed (1)!
    any ideas? I cant think of anything else to try...

    Try again the flash, follow excactly the instructions, selecting port, not connecting etc.

    Maybe try older GUI.

    I had similar problem with 2.44, flashing with older GUI worked.

    I have not tried, but now thinking of it, I think 10 or more presses on the button does reset to factory defaults.
