No power to Bluetooth

I have a new 32bit controller I have successfully set it up using my Mac but now I am trying to set up the bluetooth board without success. I have check the bluetooth board settings using my Mac and they are correct but it does not work when connected to the AlexMos. I have checked the power pins on the AlexMos with a meter and there is no voltage. Is there a setting in the GUI that I am missing to turn this on?

how have you connected it? Transmit (Tx) goes to Receive (Rx), see http://www.basecamelectronics.com/files/v3/SimpleBGC_32bit_Bluetooth_Connection.pdf
the voltage should be there, it could be related to the RC voltage jumper. No GUI settings for it. -
I have checked the power pins on the AlexMos with a meter and there is no voltage.

have you connected the jumper, is there power on RC pins? what board is this?
