Where do I put the ferrite rings and how many winds?

    Hi, I'm just building my first gimbal. I can't find any information on where I put the ferrite rings?

    Question 1:
    Where do I put the ferrite rings on the motor cable?
    - At the motor end (they are going to stick to the motor since they're magnetic)?
    - At the board end?
    - Both?

    Question 2:
    Do I need ferrite rings on the I2C cable?

    Question 3:
    How many times does the cable need to go through the ring?

    Question 1:
    Use the ferrite rings as close as possible to the board.

    Question 2:
    No, I2C has a built-in protection.

    Question 3:
    Enough to wrap twice, like so:
