Help to get tilt working

Ok, here is my setup. I bought this gimbal from someone else who had it working great but upon installing on my Hexa, it will not tilt. It stabilizes fine, but no tilt.
Tarot 680
3 axis GLB brushless gimbal w/ Basecam
Naza M-V2
FrSky Taranis X9D Transmitter
FrSky X8R Receiver
The small connector board that came on the gimbal has 4 rows of pins with 3 pins on each row. Rows are FC Pitch, FC Roll, RX Pitch and RX Roll. F1 and F2 ports are open on the Naza FC so I am using the lower pin on the F2 output on the Naza FC but cannot get my tilt lever on the radio to tilt the gimbal. Gimbal is turned on in Naza assistant, gains are 0 and speed is 25
Can anyone help me get tilt working? -

So it controls without the radio but given radio commands will not?
