Motor is missing steps

hello i just bought a new alexmos 32 bit controller because the last one broke ...
as im truing to setup the new controller im taking a message ''Motor is missing steps'' what i have to do? -
Probably nothing, it just means that motor has skipped steps, and this could easily happen if the gimbal is disturbed for any reason. If you get this during normal use, then you probably will notice also other symptoms.

I have found the hurt of the problem ... my motor dont take power and may be the board im checking
the board with voltage tester and there is an issue at roll ...
