Can't see entire GUI's window

Hi all, just bought a Toshiba MiniLaptop 10" Windows 7 Starter, for on field tuning
and can't see the entire GUI's window, the max resolution available is 1024x600, any fix to this?

Usually it is possible to set the resolution higher than the actual screen is and scroll it, or at least used to be. I have not been using windows much lately.

Use translation if necessary but pictures are clear enough. -
Warning on this method!
The use of too high resolution could damage permanently the graphic board,
don't go more than one step up! Do not use with high demand graphics (like games) software.
