Gimbal Stabilises Downwards?
  • Currently my gimbal is well balanced on the roll and pitch axis however now that I am tuning my board it stabilises downwards at 90 degrees on the pitch axis. When I write something to the board the pitch tilts up 45 degrees but then goes back down to 90. I would like to point out that the IMU orientation is correct and the GUI knows that the pitch is at 90 degrees. The camera is well stabilised there and it works other than that. Is there any angle offset control so i can set it to be flat?
I am using the 32 bit board.
Also just quickly when I try to use auto tune nothing happens? Has anyone had this before?
  • Had the same pb.
in RC, / input mapping. Select no input for roll pithc and yaw
  • If camera points down by default, then something is definitively not right. If basic setup is correctly performed as you mention, then it indeed probably is RC related. There is also the Init angles, set them to 0.
  • yeah thanks i found out it was rc inputs
