Board not outputting 5v to IMU

I am stuck at the moment as my brand new board is not outputting 5 volts to the IMU and therefore it is not working. I have the 32 bit board and I really do not want to get a new one!

What happened? what are you planning to do to fix it? best would be to contact the seller.
Note: some IMUs may work with 3.3V I am not sure. -
I am not sure, One of the IMU's cable came off so I resoldered it but now there is no power going. I didn't touch the board at all. Which IMU's work with 3.3V?

Just a note, I think I saw somewhere mentioned of IMU using 3.3v

SORRY The IMU is 5v always been 3v to 5v
